Hello all

All filters are clean, drum spins ok

I took off the back cover and reset the tripped breaker, lights came back on

turning the appliance back on I noticed the back heated up really quickly without even selecting any settings, ran the appliance briefly.

put back together and sat into place and tried to run again and it tripped.

what do I check next please?

If it's getting hot when it's not running you need to be checking for a shorted heating element.

thanks Willie, yes definitely had some heat without any cycle selected/drum spinning. think I read somewhere that means it requires replacing. I'll borrow a multimeter and test

thanks heaps
