Samsung fridge compressor not starting (RFG298AA)

After unit powers on, I hear a couple of clicks, fan moves but compressor doesn't starts. Front display doesn't show error code in self diagnosis. There is a red LED on the Inverted PCB that blinks, 5 times, pause and then repeats. Is that indicating a compressor lock ? Also there is this green substance on the bottom panel, looks like leaked refrigerant fluid. I think unit is at least 12 years old. worth repairing ? Thanks for helping us, Martin.
