VDSC485 6G - Oven Temp Issues

Hi!

 

Viking Professional VDSC485 6G.  Ovens don't seem to be maintaining temperature correctly.  Before I go replace the thermostats, it was recommended that I test the control boards.  However, the repair manual I have does not seem to have any reference on how to test the preheat board.  There are measurements for the self clean board, but that's not where I think my issues may be.

 

Any guidance?  Or - perhaps it's just the thermostats and I should test / replace them?

Check the elements first that's the most common failure.
