Corroded Wire - Kenmore Mark 4 Oven Model # C968-67729-7

Hello Everyone, This may be an easy question for the pros who know old ovens before control boards. I have a Kenmore Oven from 1985. It was working fine until I have run into wire corrosion at the female blade connectors. I managed to fix most of issues except one.

I made a you tube video to show it:

Oven Repair... Help Required with a Kenmore Mark 4 Oven (1985)....Corroded Wire - YouTube

There is a wire hanging from a spade connector (marked with a 1) on the back of the thermostat temp selector. It's a long wire and I can find where is broke loose from. The bake element is no longer working but was working fine until wire came loose. I am thinking it may go to a fuse somewhere that then delivers an additional 120V to the bake element. Bake element is getting 120V now. I know that this wire is delivering electricity when the mode selector is turned to bake function. Broil element still works fine as usual. Any help greatly appreciated.

We would need an actual model number and a close up picture of exactly where the wire attaches to the control it's still hooked to.

That's not coming up anywhere.

It's Kenmore sold in Canada so the model numbers don't pull up in the United States. On the back or in an envelope there should be a wire diagram.  From the way the red wire daisy chains along it is a supply wire for the bake since that is what in not working.  Start with the incoming wires at the terminal block. The length of the wire will determine the maximum search area.
