Nothing on the GE site for this model. Maybe because it's Canadian?

Yeah, maybe the 5 in the model number is a color code for flannel... Thanks for looking

Just trying to determine if this one has the same lock that has been redesigned later to the WH08X32697 for some reason, because the tenant says "sometimes it does nothing after starting, lights are on, but later it seems to time out and light turn off with out it washing"

Lock tested good and worked in test 14 (spin), washer worked while I was there, not sure if the lock problem is intermittent and that's why they designed it. Lid pivots a bit side to side while closed but strike is engaged. Hate to quote a lock on it, the landlord wants to not repair because the drain hose is cracked and we don't know what this other problem is. Then tenant gives her hell so now she wants is diagnosed. 🙄

User manual lists these models, so at least the control panel is similar:

GTE220
GTW330
GTW465
GTW460
GTW470
GTW485
GTW495
GTW560
GTW575
LGA77115CBAB

@igloo I see a 800 number on the tag? Don't know if that would be any help to you or not?
