Maytag PSD264LGRW not cooling.  Started by checking the basics. Both the evaporator and compressor fans are running.  The evaporator is warm.  Pulled the relay and capacitor and checked the voltage to the compressor and there was 120Volts.  The capacitor had 15uf.  The relay rattled so changed the capacitor and start relay and still not cooling.  Also felt the copper off the compressor and nothing was hot or cold.  I ohm the start common and run on the compressor to the common and I got 5.3 ohms and 7.2 ohms. From start to run I got 10 Ohms but the reading was jumping a bit so not exact.  Also checked and none of the compressor pins were shorted to ground.

I checked amp draw on the compressor and got .7 amps.

Not sure what else to check.  If I have to add a service valve tap to check refrigerant level and to add refrigerant, I would say it is time to get rid of the old refrigerator.

Is compressor running or not? Assuming it is… evaporator warm, yes sealed system issue.
