Someone said this model uses a Thermador manual and they provided that for download, but this model has a completely different interface than that manual depicts, so I can't run any diagnostics. Going to provide a picture of this units interface now.

Hi how are you did you find the service manual for this unit I need to replace the evaporator heater on the refrigerator and they have no screw as the old one had and I am stuck
