Manufacturer: LG
Type of Appliance: Top Load Washer
Model Number: WT7400CV/01
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

There was no manual for this model, so I downloaded the service manual for WT7300C*

I could not get into the service mode even when I pressed power and held Wash Temp and Extra Rinse Level button.

Is Extra Rinse Level buttons Special Care and Extra Rinse.

I pressed and held Temp and Special Care together, and Temp and Extra Rinse buttons.  Both did not work.  I am wondering if it should be Temp, Special Care, and Extra Rinse button all three held at the same time instead of two buttons.

The original problem with the machine is no draining.

If I did press the button correctly, may be it's the main pcb defective ?

I am thinking the manual should work for this one as well since the display shown on the manual and what I saw at the site seems identical.  May be the main pcb is the issue.

@Emperorappliance it would of been better if you ask for this by starting a new thread and had a much faster response! See if this works for you:
