Do you mean UCC15NPRII?

GE's site seems to be having a bad hair day. There are a few mini manuals listed for that model, but I can't download them. I'll check back in a bit -- hopefully they fix it soon.

Thanks, Nathaniel! Looks like we do have that one on the site already. It doesn't list UCC15NPRII as one of the model numbers that apply, though.

It's one of those that G.E. puts in the model search that has barely anything to do with the model search then. There's some other products they have like that. That's when I find out sometimes that tech line has more or better information depending who you get on the phone. Oh well,we tried.

I’m somewhat acquainted with this type of system. It’s from the old Scotsman DC25 and DC30 series. At my breaking into refrigeration these were controlled by bulb type thermostats. I would like to know the trouble you are having with your machine.

I figured out what was going on with the machine, but I would so like to get a manual. The door switch is a reed switch that relies on the gasket to activate it. There is little to know magnets in the gasket so I just tucked one under it and ut works fine now.

These ice machine are really quite different yet look similar. They have filters built in and bin sensors as opposed to thermostats. If the door is open to long it will stop making ice, this was based on a hunch. It works great now.
