Thank you. Customer called and said fresh food side was warm. Found frost impacted evaporator and went straight to the Defrost heater. Verified bad. Installed new heater and went to put in forced defrost to no avail. Service mode 1.....4 just like all the tech sheets say including the one above. Defrost heater would not come on in test mode. Unplugged fridge for 5 minutes and tried again. No heater. Since I verified bad heater and installed new one I went ahead and called it good and followed up two days later. Temps are normal on each side. HMMMMM.
