Oven won’t turn on

Replace the relay board didn’t work.  I was lucky to have exactly the same oven in house kitchen.  So what I did was to move some parts from one to the other but nothing worked.  We checked all the wires.  We also checked for power coming in and it was good. We also had the tick sheet.  The only thing I might be doing wrong is that I’m not reading the tech sheet right.  Any help would really be appreciated.
