Hi everyone, we have a Thermador double oven.

Model number: ME302WS/01

It is only 2 years old but it randomly has no power, as in the control panel is just dead, this seems to happen every 3 months or so. I turn the breaker off for days sometimes and it has come back to life in the past, this issue has maybe happened 3 times before but this time it won't power back on.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

Cheers

Trel.

Loose wire in junction box, high limit cut out loosing connection then cools off making connection again. Molex plugs loose on UI board or bad board.

Thanks Nathan, someone suggested it could be the thermal fuse. I did use to leave the door open to let it cool and someone suggested the heat can get to the oven and damage the fuse. Not sure if a thermal fuse would stop the entire unit to be dead though. No clock, no life to the touchscreen whatsoever. 🤔
