While testing the washer the speed cycle was selected… started at 30 minutes, when it got to 24 minutes, the timer jumped up to 35 minutes. It continued to count down normally after that but would appreciate any insight or idea on why that could’ve happened.

When a unit gets un balanced it will stop redistribute the clothes and then re-add time . was it empty when you tested it ? a good test loud would be 4-6 wet towels. Don't test it in diagnostic's with a load in it as the out of balance sensor is turned off during diagnostics

Yes, the washer was empty when I tested it. Thank you for your reply and suggestion. I will definitely keep that in mind with the 4-6 wet towels.
