Hisense refrigerator Service manual needed and maybe thermistor chart

Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

F2 errror code and Fridge evap frozen over. Low cooling in fridge comp. Freezer working fine. Trying to test the thermistors but don't have any ide what reading should be. I don't know what readings I should be getting either for other defrost circuit components such as def. Heater sensors or thermistors.

You can find it by searching just the FILES section of the site with the search term "HQD20*".
