Just for a fun back story, the manual that I had would let me get into service mode, but none of the loads were functioning in correlation to what the manual described, and everytime that I would exit service mode or plug the machine back in, it would re enter the defrost cycle. Finally (after making this post for a closer manual) the machine kicked back into normal operation. I gave it about 15-20 minutes, and the bottom portion of the evap coil came down to about 20 degrees, but the upper portion of the coil was like 58. So maybe the longest it’s ever taken me to diagnose a sealed system issue ever.
