Agitation Noise After DIY Repair (Kenmore HE Washer 110.21302013)

For some back story; I originally diagnosed my washer as having an issue with the shift actuator. At the time it was having trouble getting the agitation cycles going. I ended up replacing the Shift Actuator, the Drive Clutch Kit, and Drive Belt. This quickly resolved our issues and I resumed using the washer.

A short time later we started hearing loud grinding/squealing noises specifically during the agitation cycles. The spin cycle is totally fine. I can manually create the noise by turning the wash plate inside the drum.

Is there any way that I messed up something during my repair, or do I just need to replace the washer gear case?
