Bosch B22CS30SNS/01 Side by side refrigerator door not sealing tight.

I have a Bosch side by side that shuts and seals tight on the freezer door but the refrigerator side seems like it has a very weak magnet and never shuts as securely as the freezer.  If you happen to give the door a quick swing shut it often bounces and ends up not closing completely.  Also, when shut, you have to give a pretty good tug on the freezer door to open it.  I can open the refrigerator side with no effort at all.  Like there is no magnetic seal.  Do these ever go bad??
