Requesting a service manual or at least a tech sheet for this KitchenAid double wall oven. I found the older versions, but this is a much newer oven than those manuals. I would like an updated version please.

The upper oven was put into a self clean cycle and when the customer came back to check on it a few hours later, all power was off and the circuit breaker had tripped. They reset the breaker and the oven powered back on. She set both ovens to bake but only the bottom oven warmed up. I suspect a bad thermal fuse but would like a current wiring diagram and manual before I go on the service call.
