no power to heat element

HAIER washer/dryer combo model HLC1700AXS has no heat when drying , Fd error come up after 15 mins of running.

i opened the blower and element housing and cleaned so much dirt.

heat element is ok , 2 high temp switches are ok , thyrmistor reads 10k ohm.

i checked while running found no power to heat element.

is there any fuse?...please help....thanks

Wire diagram isn't much help, does show a dry fuse. Check voltage at the board.
