It's likely just the relay in the control board that is failing in the on position, because twice this oven is burnt the customers food. It gives an f02 error which means there's a problem with the temperature sensor but they don't go bad unless there's an open circuit.  The connection to them can get corroded by the smoke over the years, and then it just has a slightly lower temperature reading.

I need a technical document like a tech sheet or service manual for this model since I don't know how the dial oven temperature setting works with the user interface. Any service bulletins would be nice too.
