When using our oven, I set it to 425. It beeped and said it was at temperature. The thermometer I had placed in the oven said 350. I then set the oven to 450 and display immediately said 331 and began climbing. So even though it had said it was at 425, as soon as I changed the setting, it began to show the actual temperature which was almost 100 degrees lower. I looked at an online parts site. I see there is a thermostat as well as a temperature sensor which looks like a long cylindrical part. I’m not sure which it would be. Thanks
