Request service bulletin: Overflowing LG pedestal washer wd100*

Manufacturer: LG
Type of Appliance: Pedestal washer
Model Number: WD100CV
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

This pedestal washer has an overflowing problem where the water doesn't shut off when it's filling in any cycle or test mode.  There's a bad design that causes a drain rubber hose to rub against the pressure switch hose as the washer is spinning.  LG needs to create a service bulletin or might have already for redesign parts to solve this problem permanently.  I'm looking for the service bulletin.

I looked at the pressure switch hose and noticed it was rubbing against the drain hose that attaches to the washer drum and vibrates when it spins.  Both houses were rubbing against each other and the felt that supposed to protect them from rubbing was in the wrong place.  I don't know if there's a fix for this but there was a hole rubbed all the way through the pressure switch hose causing it to not build up any pressure as it fills and then overfills, ultimately resulting in a flooded washroom and the washer shutting down while it's locked full of water overflowing.

I cut off the hole in the tube and moved the felt over where the hose was rubbing, and covered the tubes with durable tape to hopefully make them last longer until LG comes up with a service bulletin to permanently repair this design flaw.  This fixed the over filling problem temporarily, but the hoses are still rubbing because of the bad design / assembly problem. Need a permanent fix from LG with redesigned parts.
