Hi. i hope you are doing well. i have a question about samsung refrigerator not running.

when the refrigerator is plugged the compressor and the condenser fan  dont start working.

i tested the relay and the capacitor which is located on the mother board panel both of them tested good. the capacitor for the reading and the relay for continuity. also i've tested the continuity of the compressor. i tssted pin one to the common pin its good and pin 2 to the common is also good. what do you think the problem is.
