I have a Miele H5040BM and the nut that holds the Grill to the roof of the microwave is sparking/gets red hot at. This nut is getting red hot when the Microwave is on. Any help welcome. Also noticed that the actual screw that the nut is screwed onto rotates loosely - is it supposed to? does it matter? Presuming that it is a nut pulled from the ice side as well that holds this in place? In any case, something is wrong because the nut is red hot. Please help.
