Well explain problem and and what was done maybe some can shed some light

E01 error is being displayed and can't clear the follow was done.

Drain filter cleared
Drain pump was removed and clean
The drain hose was cleared

Water inlet hose was check for water
Filter for water inlet is clean

Unit was even powered down for several hours,

still Error continue, please advise on possible reason for issue or how reset to unit thank you.

Okay. So let's start at the beginning. When you go to start a cycle, you shut the door and press start, and the error code appears? No cycle starts to any degree?

I looked through a few Baumatic washer service manuals, and the E01 error code appears to point toward a faulty door latch. I would assess that first.
