Need error codes from manual

Manufacturer: Electrolux
Type of Appliance: Oven
Model Number: PLCS389CCB
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

I do not need the wiring diagram I want to know what f3 error code means for this model per manual. I went over and checked the prob and the harness with no problem at  either place. I told client the need a new control board that is no longer available. I just got a text and they told me the changed the element over the weekend and the oven works fine. I told them they more than likely changed an element that was not bad and they would eventually get the F3 error code again. 
they think I am a liar and a thief. 
Can I please get the proper  error code information to this unit?

OMG THAT IS FANTASTIC!!! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH . The only bummer is it does not verify control is bad and needs to be replaced after testing temp prob and the harness. I am good though. Thanks again

F3 is oven sensor issue.

Why can’t I see the service sheet? This does not give me all the info for f3 on this particular model. 
it does not mention if you check temp prob & harness replace  the control.
