Manufacturer: GE
Type of Appliance: Cooktop
Model Number: CHP95362M4SS
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): YES
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): YES

I'm needing a service manual for a GE CHP95362M4SS induction cooktop.

The unit is new but has been stored for more than a year while the customers new house was built. The contractor installed it but only the center eye works. The other 4 eyes do not. I've not been out to look at it yet because I've never worked on an induction cooktop and wanted to look over the service literature before making the call. I noticed a tech bulletin covering this issue in the document repository but it doesn't cover this model number.

I expect to find a wire or harness disconnected or mouse damage since it's been stored so long and never worked since installed. I appreciate any help you can give.

Humbly

Tony T.
