Howdy,

I am trying to locate the service manual for this refrigerator. It is displaying "OFF" and I cannot figure any combination of buttons to change the status or enter a service mode.

Thank you for your help,

Tech Tip RFTT2206

1.) If the display is not illuminated but the unit is cooling, the UI Sleep Mode is activated.

2.) If the display reads OFF and the unit is not cooling, the power was turned off on the

unit.

1.) To change from Sleep Mode to Active Mode (UI display stays lit), simultaneously

press and hold CRUSH and Light for 5 seconds. The display will show the current

temperature/ice maker status.

2.) To change from OFF mode, simultaneously press and hold CUBE and Light for 10 seconds.

Uses the same tech sheet as this model:

Thank you very much. I was unable to find that while searching.

Do you have a tip that could have helped me find that? I was searching files and removing one character at a time while using the wildcard *
