I've been having issues with a GE Cafe model cve28dp4nbw2 where the water and ice intermittently work. Engage the dispenser and things will work for a few seconds, stop, then start again, repeat. I disconnected the fridge for over 5 minutes and the plugged it back in and it's now displaying a CN error code and I can't find much info on it. Seems like a control board is bad as the convertible drawer panel no longer works.

 

I checked the control board on the top of the fridge and that looks fine (visually no damage to board or wires, but an led on it is blinking). I want to check the board in the convertible drawer since it's not working but I can't get to it. So am I on the right path and how do you get the drawer control board out!
