Frigidaire Refrigerator side by side no water

Hi all, having trouble with the water and ice maker on my Frigidaire Refrigerator. It is a FRSS26L3AF0 side by side, about a year old.  It recently stopped dispensing water.  Here is what I tried...

-Replaced water filter.  When I plugged it in, I briefly (a few seconds) heard the sound of water charging the system.

-Removed water line and verified that water is coming out of the line.  IT IS.

-unplugged the water inlet valve.  I will admit, I don't know entirely what I'm doing here...the valve didn't look at all like what I saw on youtube.  My system appears to have a primary inlet valve, with a line going up to the fridge side to the filter (in the ceiling of the fridge).  Another line comes back down to what I believe is a secondary valve.  From there, a third line runs up to the icemaker and water dispenser on the freezer side.  I tried to test continuity on the primary inlet valve...and I don't think it detected continuity.

I was going to stop there and order a water inlet valve setup.  But, it's 9pm on a Sunday and I'm going away in a few days.  I took enough pictures to figure out what I needed, and decided to put things back together until I got back.  I put all panels back on, plugged it back in, etc.  For giggles, I pressed the water dispenser.  Again, I heard the rush of water charging the system...which leads me to believe the water inlet valve IS working.

My only other thought would be that something is frozen in the ice-maker section?  I guess my next step would be to empty the fridge and defrost it (or at least the freezer side?) and see what happens.  Before I get into that, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with this particular setup and can offer any other insight.
