I've got a customer with a microwave issue on this model and would love to be as prepared as possible. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything. I’m being onboarded with Samsung/dacor but it’s going to be another week or so until I’m in the system and have access to all the materials. My regional field service manager sent me the one for just the ovens…really need the microwave and would love some disassembly instructions to make the job go quicker.

Thank you! Was just about to upload the one that tech support sent me while at the customer’s house. Tech sheet was smudged and couldn’t make out anything on the PCB connections…round 1 failed after Samsung/Dacor triaged and sent diode, HVt and Magnetron to check/change but they were fine. Control board!

Yes it was the microwave board issue. HVT was receiving 18VAC instead of 120VAC. Melted relay contacts.

Ordered the part beforehand and the same day repair.
