Looks like a straightforward job. Disassemble the entire machine in a huge shop. Instal belt. Rebuild machine from scratch......

Actually, Had this done years ago, I remember the guys had to lift the drum a bit to get the belt on. Anyone done this job? Hate to toss a machine for just a belt

YouTube video makes it look less than desirable.  It's doable, just not easy like less technical models

So, Pinnacle Parts put up a video on how to do a belt. There is a special tool that holds the shaft of the blower motor so you don't bend it when putting the belt on.  I don't see this noted in any 712 manuals. Any ideas?

Here is the current video, but appears to be for more recent models.

OK, my old T712 is a bit different. Need help if anyone knows how the LEFT panel is removed. Motor is on LEFT side. Already have the belt laced around the drum but need to access the motor side to do final install. Bearings, idle arm springs and bearings all good. Rollers all good, just need to get LEFT side panel off. Can't find my old exploded diagram! Any help appreciated.
