GE Dryer not spinning, just getting the buzz noise when I try to start it

Hi. My GE dryer stopped working. The drum won't spin and when you try to start it, it just makes the buzzing noise. Even when I try to spin the drum by hand, it will spin a little bit but there's a lot of resistance and it doesn't move much when I do try to spin it. I'm planning to take it apart to diagnose the belt, fan, motor etc.

This is the model number - dbxr453gv0ww. This particular model doesn't have roller wheels. It just has a bearing in the back and on the front the drum rests on the door.

Any suggestions for how to diagnose are really appreciated. Thanks for your help!
