GE Washer GTW335ASN1WW doesn't rinse clothes

I have a GE washing machine (GTW335ASN1WW) in an apartment. It's been in service for a little more then (4) years. Tenant recently informed me it wasn't washing the clothes properly. They told me it didn't seem to be agitating the clothes and draining the water. At the time, not knowing much about this particular washing machine, or how to run diagnostics, I thought the drive belt may be the issue. I purchased a drive belt and replaced the original one. The original belt did seem a bit worn/loose. Tested machine via washing a couple of towels and it seemed ok. I also found/removed the tech sheet.
Tenants called again complaining the washing machine isn't working properly. It's not rinsing the clothes.
Stopped by the apartment to get the fault codes (now that I know how to get them)
The fault codes are:

27: Water Accessibility
18: Drain Pump Cleaning algorithm failed

Using the service mode, I filled tub with water, and drained it. Everything seemed OK. Reset fault codes.
Tenant called again today and complained the washing machine isn't working, same problem.
I haven't had a chance to run to the apartment since it's not local. I'm guessing I may get the same error codes.

Any idea what the problem might be? I saw something on YouTube about an issue with the pressure port. Could this be the problem? Should I replace the drain pump? Maybe it's clogged?

In the schematic , both errors mention possible  pressure sensor fault . I would run a pressure sensor test with diagnostic . it is test 10 .

I was able to make it back out to the apartment this week to check out the washing machine.

The fault codes were the same two codes:

27: Water Accessibility
18: Drain Pump Cleaning algorithm failed

I ran the test (10) you suggested, Flow Rate/Pressure Sensor and the test was successful. Each LED did stop blinking as the water level increased.

I then ran a variety of different tests (ie hot water valve, cold water valve, drain pump, lid switch, spin, agitate) all tests passed. I then cleared all the fault codes.

Reading through the description of fault code (27), it mentions that this could be a consumer education issue.

I informed the tenants NOT to leave the lid open for more than 15 minutes during a cycle and NOT to leave sopping wet items in the basket for more than 15 minutes.

It's been a couple of days and I haven't heard about this issue reoccurring.

Tenant called and informed me the washing machine isn't working again. I checked the fault codes and they are the exact same fault codes I've read in the past.

I believe I'm having an intermittent failure of a component. Anyone have an idea what component I should replace? Could the washer drain pump cause these errors?

I'd like to ask for a clarification on the complaint.  What does "doesn't rinse clothes" mean?  Are they sopping wet and sudsy?  Or have they been properly spun out and still sudsy?

yeah pull it off and turn it upside down so the propeller is facing down wait and see if water drips out or if it is see through or semi you will see water in there just happened to me yesterday working drain but not working... swapped it out and bam totally dry clothes... 2nd machine with this problem... the sucky part is you gotta take it all apart to see it also check the propeller for bent shaft also something you can't see unless you take it apart. meaning the drain plastic parts not the entire pump!!!!
