Well, I'm looking for the service manual of a Kenmore 592-39373 dryer.

Anybody has one to share?

I don't see that as a valid model number.

Can you check again.

Whats going on with it?

Sorry 592-89373

Very noisy. Probably the idler pulley assembly.

For some reason I can only find a few references to that number but no parts information. Maybe you are getting that number from printed documentation?

The model number is likely on the frame of the door when you have it open.

Can you upload a picture of the model number on the machine.

@GauthierB Appliantology member's aren't allowed to give out schematic's/service manuals from the site unless your a paid member. I do apologize, but we can be banned for doing it. Perhaps we can help you with the problem or help you locate a part?

So weird; I can't find parts a diagram for that specifica model number.

I'm going to guess it's similar to what you can see in the YouTube video titled How To: LG/Kenmore Idler Pulley 4560EL3001A

If it's that style then it's just a process of many steps to replace the wear parts.

If you want to post where specifically the noise seems to be coming from and what the sound is like; scraping, screeching, thumping, or however you can describe it.  If you can provide when does it make this noise and for how long.  Example being whenever the dryer is turning the drum, maybe just when you put something specific in to be dried.

With that information maybe someone can help more.

This is a model from Canada - won't find it on the regular Sears/Kenmore site.  Need to find a site that can look up Canada model numbers

I didn't notice that this poster location said Location: Canada
but the WWW.Sears.CA on the label would clue you into this and also the weird model number format, (Some Kenmore model numbers have a "C" in the model number if I remember correctly - I've never found a place, haven't really tried that hard to find a Sears.CA lookup site.  I've never went to that WWW.SEARS.CA site).

Thanks guys for the information. BTW this Kenmore (canadian) dryer is from Samsung.

I'm pretty sure it's the idler pulley assembly that's making the noise. I'll check and come back if necessary.

That is absolutely correct - it would be obvious if you saw a parts break-down listing.  You could easily identify that they are Samsung parts.

But even without that I can deduce that fact by the serial number - the serial number format of any Kenmore labeled appliance will be in the exact same format/look of that manufacture who actually produced the product for Sears/Kenmore.

If you been doing this long enough you see and notice stuff like that and remember the format look of different brands.
