Looking for service docs for this fridge, specifically with info on the dispenser.  I was on a call today and I'm 90% sure I found the issue but I need some specs to be sure

Yeah I couldn't find much of anything beyond that it exists.  The ice maker is the in door design they borrowed from LG.

Just wondering how do you get parts from a model that doesn't pull up anything on any parts site in the United States? Is there a site in Canada?

Often I'll find the closest model number I can find and hope the parts are the same lol.  Doesn't always work.

That's is weird. Sometimes I would go to this site that does not work anymore for Canadian parts. http://partsnet.geappliances.ca  and also would pull up a mini manual if I was lucky.

Now can find sometimes this site works: https://www.partselect.com

Still think it is weird though.Have a good day!
