Our Electrolux washer (serial number:4C12502201) issues an E11 error code any time we try to use warm, hot, or sanitize settings. No water enters the drum at all, even though we know we have good water pressure. We moved recently and accidentally switched hot and cold hoses and we got hot water on a tap cold setting so we know the water coming from the hoses is not the issue. Now that we have put the hot and cold hoses in the proper position, any time we try to run anything but cold or tap cold, we get the E11 error code.

My standard disclaimer:

Disclaimer: I'm just a DIY guy. I fix everything I own myself; sometimes with the aid of a fourm like this one.

There's a lot of very qualified people here who make an honest living doing appliance repair. I say honest because if they are replying here they are likely not in your service area and don't financially lose because of it and generally seem to just want to help people.

E11 means it's not filling with water fast enough. As you stated no water is coming in so that is causing the E11. If there was just really low flow you would get this as well.

I think your swapped hoses have nothing to do with it, it's a coincidence.

I personally think it's a fair guess to says it's the full valve that's failed. Part # 5304528029

Your call on where you buy it, OEM or not OEM. I have low confidence in open-box eBay listings. There a parts warehouse here in PA I use when I don't use Amazon and they are $45. Plus shipping for generic.

About ten screws and an hour or two your⁷ first time and you'll likely be flowing again.

There's troubleshooting you can do to be certain it's the solenoid not opening the valve on the hot water side if you want to go down that path.

Comfortable with a multimeter?  Might as well do it, you'll need to get to the part either way.
