Samsung Heatpump Dryer - DV90M5000QW/EU drum not spinning

I have a Samsung Heat Pump Tumble Dryer and it was making a sqeaky noise over the last 2-3 weeks until it finally stopped spinning all together. I've taken the appliance apart and if I take the belt off the drum does spin. I did a resistance check across the motor using a multimeter and was getting a 57ohms reading. Does that indicate a damaged motor and would you normally not expect a lower reading? When I attach the belt back again I can spin the drum if I push very hard. Any suggestions on what needs to be done to fix?

Idler pulley?  If the drum spins smooth and free without the belt on then the idler pulley is adding the resistance with the belt on.  Might as well replace the rollers while you're in there.
