water draining from underneath freezer drawer

I have a whirlpool upright refrig/freezer that accumulates ice under the bottom freezer drawer.  I remove the drawer and get the ice out from under it and it's good for couple of weeks.  If I don't remove the ice then water will start to leak out on the floor.  I thought maybe the drawer seal was bad so I replaced it but didn't  make any difference.  any ideas?

thanks and have a great day

I would check to see if the drain in clogged up.  If the defrost water has no where to go it do what this unit is doing.
