No ice kitchenaid French door KRFF707ESS01

I'm working on a kitchenaid French door refrigerator with the ice Maker. Not producing iceperiod. I have replaced the ice Maker. I have put it into diagnostic mode and it fills with water and dumps. The tray period model number KRFF707ESS01

Should I be replacing the control board at this point? 

This did occur after a power outage

Is the freezer cold enough to trigger a harvest cycle?

I ended up getting a new control board and it ended up working.  In my experience, most refrigerators icemakers work independently of the control board. However in this case that seems to not be the case.
