ApplianceMagic Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Manufacturer: GE Monogram Type of Appliance: Freezer Model Number: ZIF361NPRAII Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes Ice maker, no ice. Found no water in mold so powered inlet valve and water leaves valve (with line to IM disconnected of course) but will not make it to ice maker. Removed fill tube, not frozen there. Must be frozen elsewhere. It appears this line probably runs inside of walls of unit and is not accessible?? Is this the case? I do not want to pull that huge thing out just to find nothing on the back of it. The line goes up into the unit about middle ways. I think there must be a void in insulation or something that has caused the ice maker line to freeze. Any help? Thanks.
Captain Dunsel Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Unless someone else has a service manual.I only see a mini manual.Uploading and waiting on approval:
Captain Dunsel Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 @ApplianceMagic I put the wrong model on the mini manual, but it takes the same manual #.

AustinHines Posted February 15, 2024 Posted February 15, 2024 Water is coming out of water valve to IM? Try steaming from fill tube.
