Darpinellas Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 Manufacturer: Electrolux Type of Appliance: Washer Model Number: EFLS627UTT0 Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes Hello! Looking for quick second opinion here. Below is a quick synopsis of the series of events. - Customer reported a **loud noise** when water fills the tub. - **Water inlet valve** was replaced, resolving the initial issue. - Customer called back with a new issue: washer **humming with no fill**, displaying **code E11**. - Checks confirmed **no clogs** and **strong water pressure**. - **Full diagnostic tests** conducted: water fills the tub and cycles normally. - During spin in diagnostic, washer **shakes violently**. - Current assessment suggests a potential issue with the **main control board**. - **Pressure switch** tested and found to be functioning properly. Based on this information, it does seem plausible that the main control board could be at fault, considering the violent shaking during the spin cycle and the humming noise with code E11. However, it's always good to get a second opinion to rule out any other possible causes. Thank you!
