Looking to replace Nutone/Broan 8210

Does anyone know where I can buy one of these? I am replacing the 20 yr old existing fan and want the exact model. It is 210 CFM with vertical exhaust. The model was discontinued and I am having trouble tracking it down.

ebay is your only chance but look for something else similar or get DIY and take the motor out and find another like it or similar to it. 6.5 scones is really loud... so most motors will be the same.
