The other night the bake element decided to become a welder and melted couple holes in itself and started fire inside oven. What a noise too, sounded like a train. I replaced it with new OEM WPY0063531 element. New element doesn’t glow and even after hour oven barely gets to 300 deg. The new element looks great and went in OK.  Can’t understand what could be wrong except maybe the new element is defective, but all it is is a big resistor. Any help to get to the bottom of this problem would be greatly appreciated!   Thx, Bobu
