All I can find is repair bulletin 

I want to see how to access the small oven ignitor before I get there. I've never worked on a Thermador

So i studied the manual over the weeken before i went out there but there ended up being a trangular panel in the way of the ignitor wires that i could not get off. it looked like it had pop rivets holding it in place. i was not able to complete the job.

Another issue im having is taking the inside grates out of the unit. 

There is no instructions on the service manual and i couldn't figure it out. I've never worked on one before. Does anyone know how those come out? All the manual says is to remove it doesn't say how.
