Subzero 650 Ice formation bottom rear behind produce crisper

My Subzero 650 (36" bottom freezer) works great and keeps refrigerator compartment at a steady 34 F.   But ice forms on the bottom rear behind the vegetable crisper and it gets so thick that the drawer won't close all the way.  If it gets much worse, I'm afraid the fridge door won't close.  Below are two pix -- one with ice, and the other after melting the ice with a hair dryer.  Am I just keeping the fridge too cold?

Check for any blockage of water through to opening in back where hose runs.

One more thing I forgot to add.  The drain isn't stopped up -- if I pour water down it, it doesn't back up or overflow.  But I am thinking maybe the drain heater is bad?

There is no drain heater on these.   You have water dripping and then freezing.   Where is the tallest part of the ice mountain?   It looks like it might be dripping from between the metal drain trough and the rear wall.
