Thank you, there was little to no disassembly info and no video links I could see for the fresh food shelving disassembly per the download you provided .  Whirlpool engineers need to be spanked.  If techs have issues with disassembly of some of their designs I feel for homeowners. For goodness sakes sometimes we have to remove doors to get shelving out.  Nuts!
