The oven burner has a standing pilot, which is steadily burning,  but the burner does not light.  I am looking for a parts breakdown and parts list for the oven burner. Any suggeations would be appreciated.  Thank you.

This must be pretty old-- no diagrams, compadre. Is the pilot nice and blue and the mercury bulb engulfed in the upper third of the flame?

This picture might help:

The picture is nice, thank you.  However, it is not the right picture.  The stove in question has a cast iron burner and the air adjustment is at the bottom by the burner gas valve.  The pilot light is surrounded by a  small round cage.  I can't see what the pilot sensor looks like because it is under the burner and I can't figure out how to get it off.

Like I said, I can't find any diagrams with that model number. But if you post a photo or two or what you're looking at, it may be something I've dealt with before and could give you some pointers.
