Kitchenaid Double Oven Buzzing

Hi, my Kitchenaid double oven (Kebs207sss04) starts buzzing from control panel when starting the upper oven. It will still start preheat but sounds like something in control panel. When you click off it stops. It does not do it when turning on lower oven. The oven is 12 years old so I don’t mind small repairs but don’t want to invest a fortune if it’s a control panel. Does anyone have any thoughts?? I will do a video tonight

I diagnosed a jenn air recently had something like this the clock board was fried like Popyeye's
