Wiring diagram is needed, and board view if it is possible. There is a definitely problems with the board but it's discontinued, some elements of it should be replaced.

That model number doesn't pull up anything at the Bosch site. Doublecheck and post the corrected model number. Post the FD number, too. (the two digits after the "/" in the model number.)

Yes, it's actually CT230S/01

Bosch has very limited info on this old cooktop and no board pinouts. I don't know if I've ever seen a Bosch board pinout. They may exist but must be rare. No wiring diagram, either. 

That service manual you found is the best info available for this model.
